Full-Time / Ministry Opportunities
  • Director of Outreach – Church at the Crossing is seeking a full-time Director of Outreach to lead its community impact through One More Inc. (the church’s nonprofit ministry).  This key leadership role combines a pastor’s heart with strong organizational and strategic skills, overseeing outreach programs such as the Neighborhood Market, legal clinics, and more.  This role will also recruit, train, and develop volunteer leaders.  Additionally, this leader will be responsible for leading volunteer teams on Sunday mornings.

    The Outreach Director will also direct fundraising efforts for One More and supervise certain staff members.  This role will help shape the long-term vision of outreach in alignment with the church’s mission to help people discover Jesus and follow Him fully. Ideal candidates will demonstrate spiritual maturity, a passion for serving others, strong leadership and communication abilities, and experience in ministry or nonprofit settings, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities and mobilize teams for meaningful, measurable community impact.

Part-Time / As-Needed Opportunities
  • Handyman and Landscaping – A reliable, on-call seasonal worker to assist with projects as needed.
  • Cleaning – A dependable helper who assists with routine facility cleaning and/or occasional cleanup after special events, keeping the church fresh and inviting.
  • Baristas – Serve at The Haverstick, our on-campus coffee shop and co-working space, with both regular and substitute barista positions available Monday through Friday.
  • Childcare – Childcare is offered during most events—such as Small Groups (Monday evenings), Celebrate Recovery (Tuesday evenings), MomCo (Friday mornings), and select special gatherings—to support parents of young children.

Early Childhood Center Opportunities

Ideal for those who love children and enjoy teaching the minds of our future generation. Opportunities are available Monday through Friday, with a particular need for afternoon shifts.
